How to Meditate for Better Sleep

Often people have a hard time going to bed so heres something that'll help you. It often relaxes you when you take a shower and your bed is clean. Lay in your bed and starting at your toes tense then relax them and work your way all the way to your head. After you do this lay completely still and take deep slow breaths in and let them out slow also. It often helps if you think of something peaceful. Such as a beach or a forest. This will help you relax and seem lighter. You will be able to sleep much better!! GOOD LUCK !!
